About NY Engines

Engines, descriptions and fitment

We sell new and remanufactured engines and engine blocks. Each product or written order confirmation identifies its offered condition and supply scope. Model-family specifications, application examples and representative images help describe an engine, but do not establish that every supplied assembly fits every machine in that family. Confirm the exact model, serial or arrangement, included components, accessories and configuration for your order.

We offer free technical review and engine matching. Send us the complete engine data plate, serial and arrangement details, machine model and intended use. We compare those details with the proposed assembly. Tell us about any requested change before payment; a separately confirmed configuration takes priority over general examples on the site.

Orders, prices and payment

We show the engine price and delivery charge for an accepted destination before payment. We may contact you to resolve an engine, configuration, destination or availability question. Any change to the confirmed engine, optional work or delivered price is presented for your agreement before we proceed with that change. Payment methods are those available at checkout for your order. Verify any payment instruction against your order record by emailing info@nyengines.com; do not use details from an unrelated message.

Optional services

Testing, inspection, packaging, pallet labeling, protective finishing and configuration work can be requested where available. We agree the work, added price and preparation time before it begins. An engine testing video and complete test report are available on request. They are optional and are not required to make a warranty claim. Protective coating and paint finishing for remanufactured engines are available on request. An accessory or service is included only when listed in the confirmed order.

Delivery

For DDP orders we accept, the agreed delivered price includes applicable duties, tariffs, import taxes and customs fees. We confirm the destination and delivery scope for each order. The stated 2–3 week delivery period is an estimate, subject to preparation, dispatch readiness, destination and transport conditions. We will communicate a material change to the agreed delivery plan. Confirm the receiving location and any site requirements before dispatch.

Warranty and no core deposit

New engines carry a 1-year standard brand warranty; remanufactured engines carry a 6-month standard brand warranty. The warranty begins on the day the engine is shipped and tracking is shared. Coverage follows the serial number, model and use configuration recorded on the order. For an approved covered claim, replacement parts and shipping are free. Covered remanufactured-engine repairs use a local agent; covered new-engine repairs use the nearest assigned service hub. For a major covered problem requiring replacement, we provide an engine in the exact ordered configuration without charge.

Normal wear and consumables are outside warranty coverage. Pipes and air filters are examples when worn normally, not automatic exclusions for every fault. Damage caused by an incorrect wiring harness or another unagreed use or application is outside coverage; unrelated covered faults remain eligible for review. We charge no core deposit and do not require your old engine in return. Claim instructions appear in our Return and refund policy.

Returns, privacy and site use

We do not accept voluntary change-of-mind returns of an engine in good condition that matches the confirmed configuration, or voluntary cancellations after payment. The Return and refund policy explains fault reports, approved returns and refunds, and mandatory exceptions. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Use this website for lawful enquiries and purchases, provide accurate order and fitment details, and do not interfere with its operation.

Changes and legal rights

We may update these website terms for future use and orders. An update will not remove rights already acquired under an existing order. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. For questions, email info@nyengines.com.
