Warranty periods
New engines carry a 1-year standard brand warranty. Remanufactured engines carry a 6-month standard brand warranty. The applicable period begins when the engine is shipped and tracking is shared. Coverage follows the serial number, model and use configuration confirmed for the order; mandatory legal rights remain in place.
How to report a concern
Email info@nyengines.com within the applicable period with your order number, engine model and serial number, a description of the concern, and relevant photographs. Keep packaging if you report delivery damage. We may ask for diagnostic details to assess the cause. A testing video or complete test report can be requested, but neither is required to submit a claim.
Review and remedies
For an approved covered claim, replacement parts and their shipping are free. Covered remanufactured-engine repairs are arranged through a local agent; covered new-engine repairs use the nearest assigned service hub. A major covered problem requiring replacement is resolved with an engine in the exact ordered configuration at no charge. Do not ship an engine to our New York correspondence address: approved returns receive written authorization and an assigned destination.
Coverage limits and full policy
Normal wear and consumables are outside standard coverage. Damage caused by an unagreed wiring harness, use or application is outside coverage; an unrelated covered fault can still be reviewed. Read the complete Return and refund policy and Terms of Service for the governing details.
