DDP delivery for engine orders
NY Engines offers international Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping on engines. For a DDP order we accept, the agreed delivered price includes applicable duties, tariffs, import taxes and customs fees. We confirm the destination, delivery scope and charge for each order before payment; available checkout destinations and the final terms depend on that confirmation.
Timing and shipment updates
Delivery is generally estimated at 2–3 weeks, subject to preparation, dispatch readiness, destination and transport conditions. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date. We share tracking when the engine is shipped and communicate material changes to the agreed delivery plan.
Prepare the receiving site
Give us the complete delivery address, contact person and any access or unloading requirements before dispatch. Heavy engines may require suitable lifting equipment or a receiving dock. Check the package and engine when they arrive; keep the packaging and photograph visible transit damage before contacting us.
